Authentic Body Control is a fitness center located in Neukölln in Berlin, Germany. We offer a unique blend of boutique Pilates, group Pilates machine (reformer + chair + mixed machine), group mat, myofascial stretching, ELDOA and strength training classes for all fitness desires and budgets.

Our experienced trainers are passionate about movement and are committed to continuing fitness education. We continue to studying to satisfy our curiosity about anatomy + biomechanics, to stay sharp and to stay inspired. We study different schools inside and outside the Pilates system inclduing :ELDOA, Myofascial Stretching and SOMA Training. This allows us to provide personalized attention, guidance, and feedback to meet individual and group needs. Additionally, we feature only the highest quality Pilates machines, mats and props!

We believe that quality movement is essential and should therefore be accessible to everyone. Too often in the fitness world high quality is conflated with high cost. We strive to offer a variety of classes and pricing packages so that everyone can experience regular, high quality movement. We also believe in paying our team a living wage and practice a progressive payout system. Our group mat and group Pilates machine classes offer an affordable, supportive and inclusive environment where you can connect with like-minded individuals and make new friends.
